Очень красивая и ухоженная территория. Хорошие процедуры, но чтобы их получить, пришлось потратить 6 часов. Не все банковские карты принимаются. И эту проблему пришлось решать самой. Я была с дочерью, которая самостоятельно не передвигаться, спасибо работнику автостоянки за помощь донести вещи до корпуса. И ещё из того, что мне не понравилось - это курение на всей территории
Очень красивая территория, много цветов, оригинальные фотозоны. Мало спортивных мероприятий, не сильно хотят работать культработники. Спортивные соревнования по волейболу организовывали сами отдыхающие. Нужно сделать 2 кассы или курортный сбор оплачивать в отделе маркетинга, у них очереди нет. Механический массаж был каждый день первую неделю (лучше через день), а ароматерапия только со второй недели, также и ЛФК.
Отдых в санатории соответствовал ожиданиям на 4-. Необходимо в номерах улучшить условия принятия душа, установить холодильники и обязательно связь Wi Fi на территории санатория.
Приезжала в санаторий Буг второй раз. Впечатления от санатория отличные. Очень приветливый коллектив, внимательный медицинский персонал, большое спасибо горничной, которая поддерживала порядок в номерах, огромное спасибо организатору экскурсий Василию, который не давал скучать, всегда поддерживал своими шутками. Еще раз большое всем спасибо за гостепримство и доброжелательность.
