Guest's house «Uyut» №1-3 consist of a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has two connected single beds. In the living room there is a kitchen, a refrigerator, a kettle, a set of dishes, a fold-out sofa, and a fireplace. Each guest house has a combined bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin).

Guest houses «Comfort» № 5-6 consist of 8 separate rooms: on the 1st floor there are 4 double 3-room rooms, on the 2nd floor - 4 single one-room rooms with the possibility of accommodating additional beds for up to 7 people. Each room has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin).
Double 3-room «Comfort» rooms consist of two bedrooms (one bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds) and a living room. The living room has a kitchen, refrigerator, kettle, crockery, sofa bed, TV.
