Infrared sauna

Infrared sauna is not just a way of relaxation, but an effective thermal procedure that has significant advantages over an ordinary sauna. Here not the air heats up, but the human body itself, due to this fact, the procedure is easily survived and has far fewer contraindications. Sessions in the infrared sauna help to strengthen the immune system, excrete toxins from the body, improve blood circulation and metabolism.

Today, the infrared sauna has gained immense popularity among holidaymakers at the health resorts of Belarus, this procedure is used to treat a wide range of diseases and as a SPA ritual.
In the ordinary saunas the air is heated, but infrared radiation penetrates directly into the human body to a depth of about 4 cm. At the same time, the air temperature in the infrared cabin is about 40-55 degrees, while in an ordinary sauna it is more than 80 degrees. Due to the comfortable conditions in the sauna cabin, vacationers feel good during the procedure, and this allows to increase its duration up to 30 minutes.

Warming up the tissues causes a natural sweating reaction. The sweat contains about 80% of water and 20% of harmful solids - toxins, slags, acids, cholesterol. For comparison, we note that when you visit an ordinary sauna, it contains about 95% water and only 5% of toxins.

Raising the body temperature increases blood flow, the amount of hemoglobin, leukocytes and red blood cells supplying the organs with oxygen. Improving blood circulation increases metabolism, helps to reduce muscular and emotional tension, normalize blood pressure and strengthen the walls of blood vessels.

Infrared sauna is useful for muscle strain, joint pain, radiculitis, neuritis, and some other diseases of the musculoskeletal system, because infrared rays have absorbable, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and analgesic effects.
In addition, regular visits to the infrared sauna increases the body\'s resistance to pathogens and viruses. Immediately after the session, the person feels relaxed, calm, nervousness and insomnia disappear.
